Amendments
If you want to change any part of your holiday arrangements after your holiday confirmation has been issued, we will do our best to make the change, but it may not always be possible. If it is possible to make the change, it will be subject to an administration charge of £50 per booking, and payment of any further costs incurred as a result of the change.
To see if it is possible to make your required change to your holiday and you booked with one of our Destination Experts over the phone, please call our Sales Support team on 0800 294 9705 and they will be happy to assist you with the proposed changes. Alternatively, if you booked with one of our Personal Travel Experts in store, you can either call them using the number on your holiday confirmation or why not pop into store to discuss.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your holiday, the lead customer on the booking must notify us of the decision as soon as possible. Any notification by telephone must also be confirmed in writing or by email from the address on your booking within 24-hours by the lead customer.
Cancellation will take effect from the day we are notified provided that written confirmation is received by us within 24-hours of the original notification.
If you booked your holiday with one of our Destination Experts over the phone, please email our Sales Support team on salescancel@kuoni.co.uk. Alternatively, if you booked with one of our Personal Travel Experts in store, you should email the person you booked with directly.
A cancellation invoice will be sent to you within 7 days, if you do not receive this, please contact us immediately to prevent an increase in charges. You may also check your booking has been cancelled on the manage your booking website.
