Dining at Dunn’s River is impressive, with an extensive selection of fine dining restaurants from around the world. With each restaurant boasting a luxe décor, impeccable service and native chefs, it’s impossible to make a bad choice. From Greek to Italian and Asian fusion, you can rotate each night and never get bored. L’amande is a great choice with a romantic setting and tantalising mix of French delicacies and Jamaican fare. However, the Jamaican Jerk Shack is our favourite for an authentic Caribbean experience. Lying on the sandy bay, the hidden gem offers a rustic alternative for a laid-back evening. Following dinner, the lively Rum Club awaits.

The Red Lane® Spa at Sandals Dunn’s River, offers a range of treatments, inspired by its Caribbean surroundings. Try a Blue Mountain coffee scrub, a Neroli jasmine candle massage or Himalayan salt stone massage. There’s also a beauty salon, steam room, plunge pools and yoga pavilion.
At the fitness centre you will find TechnoGym® equipment, exercise bikes and stair climbers. Aerobic and aqua-fit classes can also be arranged.
Croquet, cricket, beach volleyball and shuffleboard are just some of the activities available at the resort. In the evening there is a regular schedule of entertainment including beach parties, karaoke and live shows.
If you can find time to leave the vast array of facilities at the resort, you can join guided tours to explore the cascading Dunn’s River waterfalls or hike Blue Mountain.
Choose from one of the two swimming pools or head to the beach for kayaking, water skiing, Hobie cat sailing, wake boarding or paddle boarding. One of the biggest attractions here is scuba diving. Certified divers can take up to two dives a day, whilst beginners can book a PADI® Discover Scuba Diving Experience.
Green fees are included for guests wishing to play at the Upton Estate Golf & Country Club. This par-72 course also has a chipping and putting green.
If you want to perfect your swing, there are complimentary PGA-certified clinics at the club held twice weekly. Private PGA lessons can also be arranged.
